The YAIAA officially revealed its All-Star selections for Division III football on Sunday, showcasing standout players from the season. Highlighting the list from Bermudian Springs, quarterback Lane Hubbard was honored as the Offensive MVP, a testament to his impressive performance throughout the year.
Hubbard has accumulated 1,301 passing yards and thrown 13 touchdown passes, alongside rushing for 695 yards and scoring 10 touchdowns. His contributions have propelled the Eagles into the District 3 Class 3A semifinals, marking a significant achievement for the team.
In addition to Hubbard”s recognition, sophomore Cameron Hackman was named Defensive MVP. Hackman has been a force on defense, recording 92 tackles, 13 of which were for a loss, along with five sacks and two fumble recoveries. His defensive prowess has been crucial for the Eagles” success this season.
The accolades for Bermudian Springs continued with John Livelsberger receiving the Coach of the Year award. Under his leadership, the Eagles have secured their second consecutive Division III title, further solidifying the program”s competitive edge.
Alongside Hubbard and Hackman, several other players received recognition in the All-Star selections. Notable mentions include Logan Conaway from Littlestown, Tyler Spadacino from Biglerville, and Zander Spillan, also from Littlestown.
