Cowboys to Honor Marshawn Kneeland with Helmet Decal and Tributes

The Dallas Cowboys are set to honor their late teammate, Marshawn Kneeland, who tragically passed away by suicide last Thursday. Team officials announced that players will wear a helmet decal in his memory, a gesture that underscores the impact Kneeland had on the organization.

In addition to the helmet decals, players and coaches will don special t-shirts during their next two games. The first game will take place on Monday night against the Las Vegas Raiders, followed by a matchup against the Philadelphia Eagles on November 23. These shirts will serve as a visible symbol of support for Kneeland and his family.

The Cowboys will also hold a moment of silence before their home game against the Eagles, along with a video tribute dedicated to Kneeland. Family members, including his girlfriend, Catalina, are expected to attend the event, marking a poignant moment for all those who knew him.

The tributes began on Sunday during the NFL”s early-morning international game featuring the Indianapolis Colts and the Atlanta Falcons in Berlin, showcasing a league-wide solidarity in remembrance of Kneeland.
