While Chase sees Burrow as someone who is consistently dedicated to the game, he highlighted that the interpretation of Burrow”s feelings is ultimately up to him. “At the end of the day, I see him the same every day. To me, he loves football, but that”s a him question. I can”t answer that for him,” Chase explained. He reassured fans that Burrow remains committed and enthusiastic about his work, stating, “He comes to work, and he loves work. He doesn”t look like he”s bummed to be here.”
Chase also addressed the emotional intensity that can accompany the sport, particularly following Burrow”s recovery from a turf toe injury. He conveyed his understanding that players can show emotion, especially when returning from injury, and reiterated Burrow”s love for the game. “Y”all be putting some clues together. Boy, I swear, honestly, nothing”s wrong with a little emotion at the end of the day, especially coming back from injury, the man loves the game,” he said.
