The annual Queen City Senior Bowl is scheduled to take place on Saturday, December 20, at 1 p.m. at Olympic High School in Charlotte. This prestigious event showcases talented high school athletes from several counties.
Players have been selected from Mecklenburg, Cabarrus, Cleveland, Gaston, Iredell, Rowan, and Union counties. The game is structured in an East vs. West format, allowing participants to compete in a friendly rivalry.
The coaching staff for the East team is led by Clayton Trivett from Salisbury. Among the standout players on the East roster are Malik Williams, an offensive lineman from Salisbury, and Brant Graham from West Rowan, who is primarily a long snapper but may also take snaps at quarterback during the game.
This event not only highlights the skills of these young athletes but also serves as a platform for college scouts and coaches to evaluate potential recruits for their programs.
