The postseason is a crucial time for NFL teams, and having a formidable offensive line can make a significant difference in their playoff success. Using Pro Football Focus (PFF) grading, we have identified the standout performers at each offensive line position from the teams still competing in the playoffs to create an exceptional five-man unit.
Left tackle: Garett Bolles of the Denver Broncos has emerged as the top choice. Bolles demonstrated remarkable consistency, allowing pressure on only 3.1% of pass plays, the best rate among left tackles. He uniquely managed to log over 230 pass-blocking snaps without conceding a sack while participating in 721 pass-blocking snaps throughout the season and missing merely 15 offensive snaps.
Honorable mention goes to Trent Williams of the San Francisco 49ers.
Left guard: Joe Thuney of the Chicago Bears has solidified his reputation as one of the league”s elite guards. In 2025, he ranked among the top 10 highest-graded guards for the eighth consecutive season. Thuney led all guards with an impressive PFF pass-blocking grade of 87.6, allowing only a 2.2% pressure rate. He also faced only one quarterback knockdown on 0.1% of pass plays, making him the standout choice at left guard.
Steve Avila of the Los Angeles Rams receives honorable mention for his performance.
Center: Drew Dalman, also from the Chicago Bears, has proven to be a valuable asset since joining the team. Despite a rocky start to the season, he showed significant improvement as the year went on. Dalman did not allow any pressures in his last three games, finishing with just 14 pressures allowed over his final 12 contests. His PFF run-blocking grade of 77.3 was seventh-best among centers, further showcasing his dual-threat capability.
Connor McGovern from the Buffalo Bills was noted as an honorable mention.
Right guard: Quinn Meinerz of the Denver Broncos is recognized for his stellar run-blocking ability. In 2025, he achieved a PFF overall grade of 90.9, ranking first among guards. Meinerz excelled in positive run-blocking grade rate, securing 22.5%, and maintained a low negative grade on only 11.3% of run plays, showcasing his dominance in this area.
Kevin Dotson from the Los Angeles Rams is also worthy of an honorable mention.
Right tackle: Colton McKivitz of the San Francisco 49ers has developed into a reliable starter after taking over for Mike McGlinchey. His PFF overall grade ranked second among right tackles in the regular season, and he led all right tackles in total snaps during the season, including postseason play. McKivitz”s run-blocking grade of 90.3 was second-best among right tackles, highlighting his effectiveness in both run and pass protection.
Darnell Wright from the Chicago Bears also received recognition as an honorable mention.
