Raising Cane”s Closes Early for Super Bowl LX to Support Employees

On Sunday, Raising Cane”s will adjust its operating hours, closing its restaurants early to enable employees to enjoy Super Bowl LX. This practice has been a longstanding tradition for the chain, demonstrating its strong commitment to its workforce.

Across the United States, Raising Cane”s locations will close their doors 30 minutes after the game kicks off at 6:30 PM ET. Generally, many of these establishments remain open well past midnight, making this early closure a notable exception to their regular hours.

A spokesperson for Raising Cane”s emphasized the company”s focus on its employees, stating, “It”s a tradition the 30-year-old chain has maintained since early on.” This initiative not only boosts employee morale but also reflects the company”s culture of valuing its team members.

While Raising Cane”s will close early, it will continue to offer catering services and will function normally until game time, ensuring that fans can still order their beloved chicken fingers and Cane”s sauce.

In terms of growth, Raising Cane”s is currently on an ambitious expansion trajectory, with plans to open more than 30 new restaurants in the current year. This includes 11 locations that opened in January and an additional 14 set to launch this month. The company is marking new sites as “coming soon” in states like Colorado, Idaho, and Arizona.

The chain aims to have over 1,600 restaurants across the nation, focusing on areas with high population density to bring its offerings closer to fans who may not have easy access to a location. As new restaurants open, job opportunities are also expanding, with a recent survey revealing that over 80% of Raising Cane”s employees would recommend their job to a friend, indicating a high level of satisfaction within the company.
