Denver Broncos Extend Winning Streak with Narrow Victory Over Raiders

The Denver Broncos achieved their seventh consecutive victory by defeating the Las Vegas Raiders 10-7 on a blustery night in Denver. The decisive moment came in the third quarter when kicker Wil Lutz successfully converted a 32-yard field goal.

Both teams grappled with possession throughout the game, managing to accumulate just over 400 total yards. The Raiders began the match with strong momentum, taking an early lead thanks to Ashton Jeanty, who scored on a four-yard rush late in the first quarter. However, the Broncos” defense proved formidable, sacking Raiders quarterback Geno Smith six times and limiting their offensive opportunities.

After a difficult start, the Broncos finally registered a first down on their fifth possession. They managed to tie the game just before halftime when quarterback Bo Nix connected with Troy Franklin for a seven-yard touchdown pass.

The second half saw no scoring until Lutz”s field goal, which came after the Broncos blocked a punt near the Raiders” end zone. The Raiders had a chance to equalize but Daniel Carlson missed a 48-yard field goal attempt to the right. The Broncos then controlled the clock effectively to secure their victory and improve their record to 8-2 for the season.
