Patriots Take Time Off Ahead of Super Bowl 60 Showdown with Seahawks

The New England Patriots took a break on Tuesday as they gear up for their upcoming match against the Seattle Seahawks in Super Bowl 60. Wide receiver Kayshon Boutte shared how his teammates intended to spend their day off. He mentioned, “Spend time with my teammates, maybe eat, go shopping, look for a game-day fit. But aside from that, nothing much.”

During their stay at the team hotel, discussions among players often turned to team owner Robert Kraft, who was not elected to the Pro Football Hall of Fame during the NFL Honors ceremony held in San Francisco. Head coach Mike Vrabel expressed his disappointment, stating, “I would just say that that”s unfortunate. I would say that in my experiences with Robert, he”s more than deserving, and he”ll be in the Hall of Fame. I”m not in charge of deciding when that happens.”

As the countdown to Sunday continues, players are maintaining their focus while aiming to secure a seventh Vince Lombardi Trophy for New England. Linebacker K”Lavon Chaisson commented, “Man, I think I”ve been doing that for quite some time for sure. Obviously you got to put it into existence, man, you got to be able to embrace it and envision it for sure, but I definitely plan to hoist it and make my dreams come true this Sunday.”

The team is set to return to practice on Wednesday at Stanford University. An updated injury report is anticipated, which will include news regarding quarterback Drake Maye“s injured shoulder.
