After leading the Miami Hurricanes to the College Football Playoff National Championship game, Carson Beck received no congratulations from his ex-girlfriend, Hanna Cavinder. Beck delivered a remarkable performance during the Fiesta Bowl, guiding Miami to a 31-27 victory over the Ole Miss Rebels. He completed the game with 268 passing yards and scored the winning touchdown with just 18 seconds left on the clock.
Despite his standout achievement, Hanna and her sister, Haley Cavinder, who is in a relationship with Dallas Cowboys tight end Jake Ferguson, chose to remain silent about the victory. This marks a significant departure from previous seasons when Hanna, a former player for the Miami Hurricanes basketball team, frequently supported Beck during his time with the Georgia Bulldogs.
The couple began dating over the Fourth of July weekend in 2024, and Hanna was often seen wearing custom merchandise supporting Beck. They even lived together briefly before their breakup in April 2025. Following their split, Hanna posted a TikTok video set to the song “bloodonmyhands” by Tate McRae, which hinted at infidelity, suggesting that Beck may have cheated on her.
In response to the breakup, Beck initially kept quiet but later addressed the situation in an interview with ESPN. He stated, “You make mistakes as a person, but it sucks that you have to go through something like that with someone that you care about, and now it”s all over the Internet.” He also noted, “Half of what you see in the media is true. Half of what you see is not true. So, people pick their side of the story and run with it. The people that know the truth know the truth. But it”s been difficult.”
As the Miami Hurricanes prepare for the College Football Playoff, all eyes will be on Beck as he continues to make headlines both on and off the field.
