Three years after their divorce, Haley Kalil, the ex-wife of former NFL offensive tackle Matt Kalil, opened up about the challenges in their marriage during her appearance on the live stream “Twitch with Marlon.” The couple, who filed for divorce in January 2022, had been married since July 2015.
Haley suggested that intimacy issues contributed to the breakdown of their relationship, although she noted she couldn”t fully disclose the reasons behind their separation. “We had irreconcilable differences,” she stated, yet she maintains a friendly relationship with her ex-husband and harbors no resentment towards him.
Following their split, Matt Kalil remarried in April 2024 to model Keilani Asmus. Their wedding took place at the iconic Little White Chapel in Las Vegas, where Asmus wore a short white dress accented with a bow in her hair, while Kalil opted for a black suit.
Kalil, a former first-round draft pick in the 2012 NFL Draft by the Minnesota Vikings, played four seasons with the team before becoming a free agent. He signed a notable five-year, $55 million contract with the Carolina Panthers in March 2017, but was released in March 2019 due to a knee injury.
