The first round of the Tennessee high school football playoffs showcased remarkable talent across the state, with several players delivering standout performances. Fans now have the opportunity to vote for the Tennessee Player of the Week, with the poll closing at 11:59 PM CT on Sunday. The winner will be revealed next week.

Notable Performances
Andre Adams from Antioch had an impressive outing, completing 17 of 26 passes for 323 yards and three touchdowns, while also rushing for 83 yards and two additional scores. His efforts contributed to the Bears” 42-13 victory over Shelbyville in the Class 6A playoffs.
Caden Baugh, a senior quarterback from Greeneville, went a perfect 11 for 11 passing for 274 yards and four touchdowns in a dominant 56-10 win against Carter in the Class 4A playoffs. He also added 107 rushing yards and two touchdowns on just five carries.
Daniel Booker of Columbia Central was unstoppable, rushing for 355 yards on 29 carries and scoring six touchdowns, leading the Lions to a 70-42 triumph over East Hamilton in the Class 5A playoffs.
Lionel Brooks from Spring Hill also shined, carrying the ball 30 times for 325 yards and four touchdowns in a thrilling 41-34 playoff victory against White House. He made history by helping the Raiders achieve their first postseason win since 2017.
Levi Chappell, the junior quarterback for Dobyns-Bennett, completed 19 of 29 passes for 265 yards and a touchdown while rushing for 121 yards and three scores, aiding the Indians in a 27-21 victory over Farragut.
Lane Clement of Science Hill showcased his leadership by rallying his team to a last-minute win against Oak Ridge, finishing with 218 passing yards and three touchdowns in a tight 35-31 contest.
Canon Day from Germantown Houston contributed significantly in multiple ways, throwing for 88 yards and two touchdowns, rushing for 125 yards, and catching a touchdown pass in a 33-22 win against Germantown.
Andrus Farmer of Memphis Central had a solid performance with 128 total yards and eight receptions, helping secure a 24-10 win against Dickson County.
