The latest High School on SI Midwest Region Football Rankings reflect the intense competition in the state playoffs as of November 12, 2025. The top seven teams in the rankings successfully advanced in their respective postseason matchups.
Leading the pack is Cass Tech, the sole representative from the Midwest in the national Power 25 rankings. They secured the Michigan Division 1 District 6 title with an impressive 48-8 victory over Fordson.
